1 General Provisions and Definitions

kk27 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "organization") is an online gaming service that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming options for players in Bangladesh. The terms and phrases used throughout this document are briefly defined below.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kk27 is ৳300. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In cases where a verification process is ongoing, this timeframe may be slightly longer.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period and the bonus will be cancelled once that period ends.
• The same user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• kk27 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any manipulation or misuse of bonuses is detected.
• A maximum bet amount may apply when using a bonus — please refer to the terms of the specific offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.3 VIP Program

kk27's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and loyalty to the platform. Special benefits and rewards are guaranteed at each tier.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

kk27 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a technical error, system disruption, or incorrect information. A bet will be considered valid only after a confirmation message has been received.

5.2 Result Determination

kk27 uses recognized sources and official data to determine the results of all games. Results for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournaments are determined based on official announcements from the respective cricket boards.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using any bot, automated software, or artificial means.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Misuse of the bonus system or any fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to earn bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and funds may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
